As part of the work being done to bring this new channel to being accessable, we’re looking for experienced and knowledgeable moderators. Any moderator who applies will need at least some previous IRC experience with being a moderator.

The channel owner, myself, will need to do a phone interview for all applicants, in addition to an online application form. The online application is being worked on right now. It’s preferred that all applying moderators be at least 18 yrs old. However, we’re considering offering some teenage moderators to help bridge the generation gap. However, any teenage moderator will need to send a parental permission agreement. This is to protect the channel owner, it’s operators and the teenage moderator.

Keep in mind that the channel owner has invited law enforcement to visit this channel to help protect guests from potential predators. Anyone with a questionable legal history should keep this in mind and avoid the channel.
